The Grapes harvested for this wine were carefully selected from the Central Valley. Pre-fermentation Maceration, was carried out for 48 hours. The fermentation,, was done in stainless steel tanks for a period of 8 days at a controlled temperature of 28-29 ° C. Thereafter, a maceration was done on the lees for 4 days.

Tasting Profile: The wine has intense fruity aromas, reminiscent of red and black fruits, with some spice notes and a touch of tobacco aromas. On the palate, the wine is your typical New World ‘dry and medium-bodied red’, easy drinking with soft tannins, fruity and a good balance between subtle acidity and mature tannins. The finish is definitely fresh, fruity and extremely persistent.

Food Pairing: White and red meats, as well as fish such as salmon. Though, it should be served ever so slightly chilled, around 16-18c (depending on the temperature outdoor).
Serving: Serve at 16–18°C; in warm weather, 20 minutes in the fridge before pouring gets it there.
