Ordering wine online & delivery
Do you deliver wine in Nairobi?
Yes. Orders placed online or on WhatsApp are delivered same-day across Nairobi, and we ship nationwide across Kenya. Delivery options and charges for your area are shown at checkout.
How do I order?
Browse the online shop and check out, or message us on WhatsApp at +254 718 003 302 with what you would like. For a recommendation, tell us the occasion and budget and we will suggest bottles.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Choose collection when you order and pick up from the shop at 291 Loresho Ridge, Nairobi, during opening hours.
How many wines do you stock?
More than 300 wines online and over 400 on the drink-in list, from nine countries: South Africa, Argentina, Chile, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
Are the take-away prices the same as in the bar?
Every wine on the drink-in list is also sold to take away at the shop price. The take-away wine list shows current prices.
Is there a minimum age?
Alcohol is not for sale to persons under 18. We may ask for ID on delivery or collection. Please enjoy responsibly.
Visiting the wine bar & restaurant
Where are you and when are you open?
The Wine Shop is at 291 Loresho Ridge, Loresho, Nairobi. We are open Monday to Saturday 09:00–22:00 and Sunday 11:00–17:00.
Do you serve food?
Yes. The kitchen serves breakfast, wine bites, dips and mezze, cheese and charcuterie boards, pizza and pasta, gourmet burgers, Black Steer & Co premium cuts, salads and desserts. See the full menu with prices.
Can I drink wine by the glass?
Yes. More than forty wines are poured by the glass, including from our Enomatic dispensers, so you can taste before you buy a bottle.
Do you have vegan, vegetarian or halal options?
There is a full vegan menu, plenty of vegetarian dishes, and a halal graze board among the cold cuts and cheese plates.
Is there outdoor seating?
Yes. Most of our tables are in the garden under umbrellas, with indoor seating by the cellar as well.
Reservations, tastings & events
Can I book a table?
Yes. Tables for up to ten guests can be reserved online on the reservations page; we confirm on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged to book.
Do you host private wine tastings and corporate events?
Yes. Guided, comparative or blind tastings, client entertainment, team evenings and birthdays are arranged personally. Start on the Private Experiences page and tell us your group size, date and budget.
How large a group can you host?
From two guests at the tasting counter to larger groups in the garden. For more than twenty, tell us in the enquiry and we will suggest a format.

When can I order and when do I get it?
Ordering is open daily from 12:00pm to 4:00pm and orders are ready the next day, for pickup or delivery across most of Nairobi.
