How Is The Gift Certificate Delivered?
By email. Once payment is confirmed, the certificate is sent to the recipient address you entered, showing your name, your message, the amount and a unique code. Nothing is posted, so there is no delivery fee.
Where Can It Be Used?
Online at thewineshopkenya.com, by entering the code at the cart or checkout, and in person at The Wine Shop, 291 Loresho Ridge, Nairobi, at the shop, the wine bar and the restaurant. In person, simply show the email or the code to the team.
Does It Have To Be Spent In One Go?
No. If the order comes to less than the certificate, the remaining balance stays on the same code for next time. If it comes to more, the difference can be paid by card or M-Pesa.
Can I Send It To Myself And Hand It Over In Person?
Yes. Enter your own email address as the recipient, then print the certificate or forward it whenever you are ready.
Can I Buy Several, Or Arrange Corporate Gifting?
Yes. Add each certificate to your cart one at a time. For larger corporate or client orders, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange them for you.
Can A Gift Certificate Be Exchanged For Cash?
No. Gift certificates can only be used towards purchases at The Wine Shop Kenya and cannot be exchanged for cash.
