Tasting Profile: Intense ruby colour with violet notes. Aromas of fresh red fruits stand out with a floral presence, perfectly harmonised with the contribution of aromas of spices, cocoa and vanilla given its ageing in oak providing complexity. The palate, is soft with sweet and velvety tannins and a long after taste.

Food Pairing: Seafood, Salads, Spicy Dishes/Cuisne & Pork. Also, delicious on its own.

Serving: Serve at 16–18°C; in warm weather, 20 minutes in the fridge before pouring gets it there.
