The grapes, for this Chardonnay were harvested and carefully selected, and then, gently pressed on pneumatic presses. The fermentation, was done in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature of 14 to 15 ° C. After fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees for eight days.
