The grapes, for this Chardonnay were harvested and carefully selected, and then; gently pressed on pneumatic presses. The fermentation, was done in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature of 14 to 15 ° C. After fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees for eight days.
