Tasting Profile: A deeply dark red wine (a blend of Malbec 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Cabernet Franc 7% and Merlot 3%) with aromas and flavours of plums, candied cherries, blackberries, truffle, graphite and spices. A complex full body with round tannins offering a silky texture. Great balance among alcohol, acidity and fruit ending with a lengthy finish. Fermentation of 48% of the wine in new French oak barrels and 52% in stainless steel tanks with a 35-day maceration process.
