This vintage overtly leads with: varietal Shiraz … the Cabernet weaving all together, covertly propping up its structural underpinning and grip. Contented varietal notes enhanced by an earthy vegetable and tobacco leaf imprint. Medium-bodied – structurally defined, with: supportive tannins (rounded, polished) and well-disguised Oak.
Alluring fruits – vibrant dark black cherry meshed with crushed fresh dark plum. All laced with warm spices – cinnamon & nutmeg. Beneath, scents of just-roasted lamb and rosemary. Aromatically, certainly a wine fighting above its weight
