These characteristics allow to obtain wines, where the liveliness of the fruit stands out. Vineyards located in Tupungato in the highlands of Valle de Uco in the province of Mendoza.

Tasting Profile: Intense and bright pink colour. Aromas of cherries, plums and red fruits. Fruity and fresh flavour, with good persistence.

Food Pairing: Perfect with Salads, Fish, Seafood, White Meats, Cheeses, Vegetables, Pasta, Bakery/Salty Pastry. Best served at: 7° C (41° F).

Serving: Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. No decanting needed.

The marked temperature range in our high-altitude vineyards contributes to preserving the natural fresh quality of white grapes as well as promoting a full ripening process in the red varieties.

These characteristics will later translate into wines where lively fruit is evident. These vineyards are located in Tupungato, in the higher areas of Uco Valley, in the province of Mendoza.
