Food Pairing: Enjoy this wine, on its own or served well chilled, the wine is ideal as an Aperitif, but also quite versatile as a food companion, pairing well with a variety of dishes including: Sushi, Watermelon Salad, Bacon & Eggs! & Vanilla Panacotta.
