Harvested on marly soils and gravelly clay providing full ample flavours and aromatic freshness. The other 50% comes from Sauvignon from petite Champagne vintages (South South West,Cognac) from limestone and clay and limestone clay soils which give the wine a steely character and aromatic persistence.
Exclusively matured in stainless steel tanks, to express all the freshness and character of the fruit.
