The grape musts from the three grape varieties, harvested when: fully ripe, ferment separately in vertical tanks for about 10 days,at a temperature of 28C. After malolactic fermentation, the blended wine ages for: 6 months in 6200-litre Slavonian oak barrels followed by further ageing and finetuning in the bottle
