Squealing Pig Chardonnay

 The nose is: salivatingly crisp like a summer saladbursting with juicy pineapple and lemon pith, backed up by melon with notes of walnut and French oak. The palate is practically exploding out of the glass it has so much energyweighty and refreshing, with layers of ripe rock melon, toasted almond and a hint of squeezed lemon. Tangy ripe citrus up front leads to a focused yet textural finish of  peach and oak with delicious balance.
