The pallet is well balanced, with: delicious tropical fruit flavours, complimented by juicy yellow fruit, and a fresh, zesty core. A refreshing wine, to be enjoyed on warm summer days spent with family and friends.

The Little Eagle Range is proudly associated with the Western Cape Raptor Research Programme, whose activities include conservation of the last breeding pair of Black Eagles’ located in the Table Mountain National Park. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of these wines goes towards this cause.

Eagles Nest – Little Eagle Red Blend

A red blend of: Shiraz 70%, Merlot 18% and Cabernet Franc 12%

This wine showcases a bright red colour. On the nose, delicious dark fruit aromas are complimented by: savoury, smoky notes. These flavours lead to a medium-full pallet,where a spiciness and flavours of red cherries and violets compliments the darker fruit. The tannins, are: soft and beautifully integrated; balanced by: delicious freshness on the finish.

Neethlingshof Short Story Collection – The Six Flowers

Charles Marias and his wife Maria, became the owners of: Neethlingshof in 1788. They extended the vineyards and built the cellar and manor house. Charles sadly passwed away in 1813, leaving Maria to complete the manor house. As a tribute to her children, she designed and placed six flowers, representing her five children and herself; on the gable of the manor house.

Honouring the delicate flowers on the gable, The Six Flowers is a blend of six white cultivars – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc Viognier, Gewurztaminer and Weisser Riesling. Each component was vinified and matured seperately in new French Oak Barrels and then blended to create: a multi-layered, complex and very unique wine of perfect balance!
