This wine, is made from a blend of: Chenin Blanc (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%) grapes. The Chenin Blanc & Sauvignon Blanc grapes, were sourced from: vineyads in the Stellenbosch area. Grapes, were picked from: end January to end February. Aromas, of: tropical flavours, headed mainly by: guava, sweet melon and litchi; all supported by: a fine balance of floral notes.
