Structura, Ultra Gran Blend

A deeply dark red wine (a blend of: Malbec 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%,  Cabernet Franc 7% and Merlot 3%) with aromas and flavors of plums, candied cherries, blackberries, truffle, graphite and spices. A complex full body with round tannins offering a silky texture. Great balance among alcohol, acidity and fruit ending with a lengthy finish! Fermentation of 48% of the wine in new French oak barrels and 52% in stainless steel tanks with a 35-day maceration process.

Suggested Food Pairings: Our full-bodied complex wines and their firm tannins go very well with protein-rich dishes like grilled leg of lamb, grilled red meats and game. The more complex wines will unveil their best qualities when paired with equally complex dishes with several layers of aromas and flavors as well. Best decanted and served at 18° C (64° F).
