Intense aromas of tropical fruits, passion fruit combine with soft citrus notes. The palate has good volume and a pleasant acidity, that makes the wine juicy; with a good body and length and a strong persistence on the finish. This wine is Medium-Bodied and is not Oaked.
Ideal Food Pairings: White meats, Grilled Salmon, Pasta with sauces that are creamy and of course; Oysters!!
The grapes, for this Chardonnay were harvested and carefully selected, and then; gently pressed on pneumatic presses. The fermentation, was done in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature of 14 to 15 ° C. After fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees for eight days.
