The selection of the vines, used for this wine; were located in the coolest areas. The climate is Mediterranean, with: very windy + high temperatures and exceptional sun! However, due to the location, there is a wide ‘temperature-range’ between: cool nights and warm days, ideal for the maturation of Pinot Noir.
