Country: Chile | Casablanca Valley

Tasting Notes
: The cool nights and hot days, typical of the: Casablanca Valley, give this Chardonnay a vibrant, crisp personality in which tropical fruit notes merge with: lively zest hints to yield a wine of rare freshness and complexity. The Casablanca Valley, is located near the Pacific Coast and benefits from; a unique terrain and micro climate – which allows for, a lengthy growing season and slow ripening. Aromas: elegant and expressive, with: prominent aromas of: tropical fruit, such as pineapple, with soft notes of vanilla and dried fruits contributed by the ageing in French oak. On the palate, good body and delicious acidity. The finish is soft and dominated by: tropical fruit and smooth vanilla.
Ageing Potential: Up to: 5 years
Food PairingPairs well, with: oily fish, cheese, risotto, shellfish, pasta and white meat.

Tasting Notes
: The cool nights and hot days, typical of the: Casablanca Valley, give this Sauvignon Blanc a vibrant, crisp personality in which the enchanting aromatic profile combines with: mineral and balsamic notes; to yield to a wine, of: rare freshness and complexity. The Casablanca Valley, is located near the Pacific Coast and benefits from; a unique terrain and micro climate – which allows for, a lengthy growing season and slow ripening. 
Complex and elegant, with a mix of citrus and tropical fruit aromas, such as: lime, grapefruit, pineapple and pear, complemented by: gentle notes of minerals and herbs. On the palate, elegant with: vibrant acidity, retaining the freshness typical of the variety. Citrus notes show again, leading to a mineral finish – which adds complexity to the wine.
Ageing Potential: Up to: 4 years
Food Pairing: Ideal, as an: Aperitif, or with: salads, seafood, ceviche and fish.

Country: Chile | Colchagua Valley
Vintage: 2016
Tasting Notes: The Colchagua Valley, is one of Chile’s up-and-coming wine regions, where, on the slops of: the Coastal Mountains, the vines benefit from: great temperature variations duringt the course of the day. This particular micoclimate leads to exceptional wines, such as this: Cabernet Sauvignon – characterized by: an intense, fruitiness, perfectly balanced by: lively freshness. Expressive ripe red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries, with notes of blueberries and cassis mixed with black pepper, tobacco, vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, this is a: balanced wine, full bodied with balanced acidity and smooth tannins; that integrate well with: notes of red fruits and vanilla. 30% of the wine was aged in: American oak for 6 months, and the remaining 70% in: stainless steel tanks.
Ageing Potential: Up to: 7 years
Food Pairing: Ideal, as an: Aperitif, or with: ripe cheeses such as Emmental or Brie, grilled meats, and generally with fat-rich and well-seasoned dishes.

Country: Chile | Colchagua Valley
Vintage: 2018
Tasting Notes: The Colchagua Valley, is one of Chile’s up-and-coming wine regions, where, on the slops of: the Coastal Mountains, the vines benefit from: great temperature variations duringt the course of the day. Despite, its French Origins, the Carmenre grape has found in the: Colchagua Valley – the ideal, terroir in which to: express its character, perfectly reflected in: this wine! Intense fruitiness, merges with: spicy and earth notes and soft; rounded tannins! providing: a lingering, elegant finish! Aromas: 
Intense and alluring, with highlights of black and red fruit aromas, such as: blueberry, blackberry, groseilles, strawberries and cherries. Spicy and earthy notes blend harmoniously with lashings of: chocolate and vanilla as well as a pleasant balsamic note.
Ageing Potential: Up to: 7 years
Food Pairing: Ideal, to enjoy: on its own, or: pair with soft cheeses, cream-based dishes, pasta and meats such as: pork and lamb.
